We would like to inform you that the RideSmart Commuter Bus Service has been discontinued. We understand that this change may be inconvenient, and truly appreciate your understanding.
Riders are encouraged to explore alternative options, such as the OmniRide Commuter Bus, which operates from the Crooked Run Park and Ride lot. Please visit our OmniRide Western Express Routes page for more information. We also highly encourage vanpooling. We know many of you have built friendships and connections through riding together, and we want to thank you for being part of our RideSmart community. In the coming weeks, RideSmart will host a webinar on vanpooling, and we will share additional details soon. REFUNDS
RideSmart is coordinating with the bus operator to ensure riders receive timely refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to becky@ridesmartva.org before December 31, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date.
